Highly recommended and trustworthy!!!We worked with Andy when we were looking to move to the beach area. We decided not to buy right away, but rented a year. Andy kept in contact to check on us as he knew we were new to the area and we appreciated his genuine concern. When we finally decided to actively look again we found a few places that checked the boxes for my husband and I. One place (which was the most expensive) Andy pointed out a few things for us to consider which gave us the opportunity to make an informed decision. This really showed me that his goal was not to sell me the highest price home, but to remind me of the things I first said were important. Having an agent who listens and remembers when you start to lose focus is priceless!
