Highly recommended and trustworthy!!!We worked with Andy when we were looking to move to the beach area. We decided not to buy right away, but rented a year. Andy kept in contact to check on us as he knew we were new to the area and we appreciated his genuine concern. One place (which was the most expensive) Andy pointed out a few things for us to consider which gave us the opportunity to make an informed decision.
